This is where I tell you about my fav things to do !

As previously mentioned I am an outdoor person and love nothing better than just being out , I also said that I believed in leaving nature alone, well here is the bit a lot of people will dissagree with . I love shooting and fishing , having said that I only either shoot for the pot or as a form of “vermin” control, note man has determined what is and what isn’t vermin , this only where natural balance has been changed irrevicably by human hands . The fish I catch are all farmed and for the pot , they are always thanked and blessed as i catch them , so I defy people who say I do not respect these creatures.

On a different subject I like my folk music and do have a good idea of how the accoustic instrument should sound which is why I get asked to work with local bands and festivals etc.

I also enjoy cooking and am considered a good cook by close friends, I choose to use only natural and fresh ingredients and do all myself as in making curry pastes and sauces and things like that ,I even grow my own chillies and other herbs so I always have a supply of what I need .
